When I started my own office in 2002 it was my goal to pursue the practice of law with a "hands on" approach. Every case that comes into my office is handled from start to finish by me personally. I have made it my mission to offer the type of representation my clients can depend on by knowing that I am working hard for them every step of the way. I limit the number of cases my office takes on to ensure that each person who has retained my services also receives the full attention of my staff.

My practice includes all aspects of Family Law, Criminal Law matters, and with a special emphasis on Juvenile cases. I was Editor In Chief of the Journal of Juvenile Law, University of La Verne Law Review in 2001-2002. I previously served as President of the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association 2009/2010 and I am currently serving on the board as Past President 2010/2011. I also serve as a Board Member of the East/West Family Law Council.

I pride myself on working diligently to assist my clients in every way possible. I am straightforward and will communicate with you honestly about your case every step of the way.

Family Law matters are emotional ones for the people involved. It is important to choose an attorney who is not only knowledgeable but also understanding that the process can be frightening and confusing. I care about ensuring that children are provided for not only emotionally but financially. I am an attorney who will work hard to settle disagreements with the opposing party and I will also represent you skillfully in the courtroom. I can assist you with settlement agreements, child and spousal support orders, child custody, paternity matters, property disputes, debt division, requests for court ordered attorney fee awards, domestic violence restraining orders, domestic partnerships, trial, post judgment matters, and representation in dependency court. I can also assist you with estate planning by preparing a will, a trust, a health care directive, a durable power of attorney and an advanced directive on your behalf.

Criminal Law is the other area of the law I focus on. Finding yourself in a situation that requires legal help can be intimidating and stressful. I am an attorney who will fight for your rights in the courtroom and work diligently to get you through this process. My pledge is to provide you with the best defense possible by being prepared in every aspect of your case each time I step into the courtroom. Juvenile cases can be devastating to families and children must be protected by caring and knowledgeable representation. I take a special interest in protecting the rights of children.

I take seriously the responsibility of guiding you through your legal issues and helping you through this difficult period in your life. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only capable and hardworking but who will never lose sight of your individual needs, I am that attorney. It is my goal to make sure your voice is heard. If you are looking for an attorney who will explain the process and work hard on your behalf please call my office at (909) 920-9411 to set up a free 30 minute consult. I look forward to meeting you.

By practicing the type of law that allows me to focus on individuals I believe I am able to give all my clients exactly what they have paid for: the benefit of my experience and the time necessary to represent them fully.
